General Information

PRODUCTION TIME:
• All orders are considered “pre-order” as each item is handmade to order.
• The estimated turnaround time is about 10-21 business days AFTER full payment has been received unless stated otherwise. **Purchased items will not be started until full payment has been received**
• Most items can be completed sooner, but this estimated window is stated up front in case of inventory, weather, and/or supplier issues.
• Any issues causing further delay outside of the aforementioned TAT will be relayed to you in a timely manner via email. (Please be sure to include your email in your order to prevent additional delays.)

SHIPPING FEES:
• Shipping is calculated through the website during the checkout process. FREE SHIPPING is offered on all orders over $100.
• Local “pickup” is offered to local zip codes only. This will be decided through the checkout process on the website. If you prefer to pickup your items, email me after your purchase to arrange a pickup time and location.
**Please note: this is not a guarantee that your order can be picked up. All pickups must be picked up in a timely manner.

PAYMENT METHODS:
• Now accepting all major credit cards, PayPal, and ShopPay in full or in 4 installments.
• If you are shopping with us in person at a pop-up event, payment methods include: cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, all major credit cards (secure through Square Payments), and pre-orders through the website listings.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the customization of the items no returns, refunds or exchanges are available. Every item is quality checked prior to being packaged so as to ensure premium quality. If you notice any defects or issues upon arrival, please contact me immediately.
